Mito Health, formerly known as Health on Hagley, has been a pioneer in mild Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (mHBOT) in New Zealand. We introduced the first mild hyperbaric chamber to the country in 2010 through our Hawkes Bay clinic. Our clients ranged from elite athletes to individuals facing serious health challenges with limited options remaining.

After delivering hundreds of successful sessions over three years, our founder relocated to the South Island to pursue full-time studies in Neuroscience at Otago University in Dunedin. This academic journey was fueled by a deep curiosity: understanding the remarkable effects of hyperbaric oxygen therapy on the nervous system.
